We adopt a three-day FREE Return/Exchange policy for all non-customized outfits. Outfit(s) that are unwashed, unused, and have the original tags intact are only eligible for return.

For returning your order(s), we would request you to drop an e-mail on support@glamngears.com briefly specifying the reason for returning the product along with a pickup location, original tag, and product photo.

Once your return is approved, our team will arrange the pickup from your location.

As soon as we receive your returned outfits, we will either e-mail the credit note of appropriate value or ship the replacement back.
