How does selling over the Video Call work?

To purchase from Glam N Gears through the Video Call, please follow below:

  1. Book your Video Call timing via WhatsApp number 87189-92092. The support person will note your Name, WhatsApp Number along with your Date and Time preference for the Video Call.
  2. We take Video Calls during working hours, i.e., MON-SAT: 11:00 AM to 07:00 PM; SUN: 11:00 AM to 03:00 PM as per Indian Standard Time (IST).
  3. Glam N Gears will notify 10 to 15 minutes before booked Video Call timing over WhatsApp or through a phone call.
  4. For the Video Call, all you need is a mobile phone with a camera and a decent internet connection, which is quite common nowadays.
  5. Our salesperson will show the products as per your requirement with honest opinions.
  6. We will share the photos of the shortlisted products with prices over WhatsApp.
  7. Once we get the confirmation of the shortlisted products over WhatsApp, we will bill and ship the same.
